Could I possibly become pregnant?

Ok long story short. My friend persuaded me that telling my boyfriend I am pregnant when I really am not is a good way to get attention. And it worked. We had sex and it was totally different than normal. In a good way. Though thinking I was pregnant he came inside me. Before we had sex I noticed a white discharge that come to find out, means I am ovulating. GREAT. I know of all the ways of getting pregnant and the symptoms. And all of that great crap. Though I have a tipped uterus, making it difficult. I am extremely skinny making it even harder to get pregnant. And an egg can get fertilized 10 days after even having sex so questions is, how likely do you think its possible? I have a lot of knowledge on pregnancy but I think I need a little help on this one... thanks guys.
