What could happen in court?

There is always the possibility that the arresting officer will not show up. That happens frequently. Or he may have made some procedural error which will get it thrown out. If you have the time, I would suggest going to the trial. If nothing else, it's always interesting to watch traffic court. Just don't get your hopes up too high.
