Soldier(Army) arrested for cocaine possession, DUI, and hit and run. What consequences?

If it happened of base/post then he will have to go through civilian court. If he has to take a pee test with the military & pops positive then he can face charges there as well. He can get a dishonorable discharge from the military which means he loses everything especially if he is found guilty.
