What are some good shoes for jobs spent on feet?

I work in a hospital with a job that requires me to dress up in dress pants, shirt and tie... but am walking or standing on my feet all day. I have a little leniency in terms of footwear where I can wear something other than dress shoes (thankfully). What are some good shoes for jobs that require standing and walking for 8 hours a day?
