Yahoo suspended my prior account, How can I get it reinstated.?

Yahoo suspended my prior account, I asked a question regarding free ware software and yahoo suspended me! I wrote them numerous times but they keep saying whats done is done as if they are god or the government. I apologized but they wont give me a second chance! whats the point in policy if im just going to make a new account. That is ridiculous I think leniency should be given at least once to every user! How can I get my account reinstated! they don't HAVE to leave it suspended they don't have to do anything there choosing to be jerks about this whole thing!
