Jacobson cello brand?

I have found an ad for a Jacobson cello that's $150 from $2000. I am an aspiring cellist; I play piano but have always wanted to pick up the cello. However, I have no knowledge of it at all, so I'm looking for some help. If I go to look at it, what are some things I should look for? I can't find this brand online anywhere.
