What is my political stance?

Everybody seems to know how to articulate their political stance...I think there should be FEW laws and greater penalties if you do break the few laws that are there (less leniency). I believe that the government should steer clear of making laws and put more emphasis on personal freedom. For instance, I believe there should not be a seat belt law- I believe you should have the right to fly out the window if you so choose not to wear your seatbelt. I believe there should be no welfare checks but places where people can get very basic free meals, clothes or shelter if they are desolate so that they don't starve. Free jobs provided by the government rather than unemployment checks while you look for new job and that your family should be required to support your existence otherwise, not your state. I believe that you should not win millions of dollars against a corporation if you were too stupid to know that your coffee was hot and could burn you. I believe everybody should have the right to own a gun no matter what their past crimes have been as long as there it is reasonable to believe that they will not go and commit murder with it. Would this make me a conservative republican?
