How many Christians believe that dinosaurs are "just bones put together the way scientists want them to be"?

Only a tiny proportion of Christians would hold that sort of view. Fundamentalists of any sort are a minority amongst Christians, and the type who deny dinosaurs altogether are a minority of that minority.
