If you delete your facebook, then all your photos got with it, right?

this girl is telling me she deleted her facebook, but im still tagged in her photo albums. were kind of messing around, and she tells me she deleted her facebook. to my knowledge, if you delete your fb, everything disappears. it has happened before. but, im still tagged in her photo albums. isnt that right? the name of the photo owner is "facebook user", now to my knowledge thats what you see when someone has blocked you. right?
