LBGT: What is your opinion of the partial defence in law regarding the homosexual approach?

Its a totally bullcrap legal defense, and should have no bearing in any sort of court of law. If someone makes a pass at you, a simple I'm not interested will work 95% of the time, and a second reiteration of it will work another 4%. Reacting with violence should only be excusable in moments of self defense, and someone asking if they can buy a drink does not put you in physical danger.
