That is actually a very nice letter, I can't imagine anything else that should be put in it and it's written very well. The only thing I'd think twice about is the section about Financial Aid, it sound a bit too pandering and the judge may not like that you sound so dependent on him and supporting him at the same time. You have to either be a support for them to know that you will make sure he will be kept on track or you need to show that without him your college life may be in jeopardy. If you do both it sounds kind of too busy.
