Super Suit Movie title ?

There is a movie about a robotic type suit that gives whoever wears it super strength and speed i think. It was a kid movie. I believe the plot was something like a boy steals his dad's invention (a suit) that gives him super abilities and then en evil corporation tries to steal it. What is it called!!!!!?????!!!!!???
