What's gonna happen with my speeding ticket?

This woman got pulled over before me then the cop waved me down to pull over also. He got me on radar going 90 in a 65 on I-79 N. This was in PA btw. The car and insurance is all in my mothers name and I'm pretty sure the cop said my mom has to join me in court. Does anyone know anything about this? Also this was my first time to be pulled over and I am going to ask for leniency towards the points and fine and what not. I just wanna know if my mom is supposed to join me even tho I am 19 and the **** is in her name and what anyone's predictions are.
