Why shouldn't there be leniency in the court system?

There can't be leniency, as all courts are corporations, and use Admiralty law, (Law of the Sea), instead of our rightful 'Common' law, they use the word 'Legal' instead of 'Lawful', we are all controlled by a corporation which have fixed rules.
