What happens if you failed to pay your fines in court?

If you sent a request for a payment plan they should tell ya or nay before further action like a warrant takes place but the requesting process takes time and sometime that process might not make it in the system before a warrant is issued but you will always get a notice in the mail informing you the action there taking. If u get any notice of a warrant before you hear back on the payment plan the best thing to do is call the court your dealing with them and talk to them bout your situation. If you choose to ignore the fine for any reason, yes there will be a warrant but their not going to knock on your door to arrest u but if you were to get pulled over or if any police officer asks for your information yoy will get arrested and go to jail and the courts will proceed with a new action unless u get timed served if you didn't get bailed out of jail
